Mail identified as spam will be placed in a spam folder in your Webmail account. However, you will not immediately see the spam folder because you must "Subscribe" to it.
Follow these
steps to view emails in your Spam folder:
- Visit: www.cfdi.ca/webmail and login.
- Choose Round Cube from the cPanel.
- Click "Personal Settings" and then "Folders" at the top.
- Under the "Unsubscribe/Subscribe" area, select the folder and click "Subscribe"
