Property management
At Community First, we know it is essential that administrative, financial, maintenance and safety procedures are in place to ensure the proper operation of your buildings. Just as essential is having well-trained and knowledgeable staff to implement those procedures.
Capital project consulting
Managing a capital project properly takes professional expertise and resources. We work with you every step of the way — helping you determine the project's specifications, then co-ordinating it from the drawing board to financing and through to final inspection.
Property development
Community First has helped communities finance, design, construct and manage more than 3,700 low- and high-rise residential suites in the Greater Toronto Area.
